After graduating in Business Economics with a 2:1 from Southampton University in 1990, James joined PwC as a trainee Chartered Accountant and Qualified in 1996 although he left the profession shortly afterwards. After a two year stay as Finance Director of Europa Aviation in North Yorkshire, James moved back to London to take over the family property interests. Along with his father, Jeremy Agace, (the founder of Mann & Co plc, an Estate Agency with over 500 branches in all parts of the UK and which was sold to Hambros Countrywide in 1989), James is directly responsible for creating a £30m portfolio of serviced apartments in Central London as well as spearheading the drive into residential and new build development.
James has an extensive understanding of all aspects of the property development business and his passion is to create well defined and usable space for all aspects of modern living.
After a successful 24 year career in property development James has now relocated with his family to Sunshine Beach in Queensland, Australia.
