Hill House is an imposing period grade II listed property with Georgian facades and an extensive rear garden, located at the northern end of Alton High Street. Purchased as a whole the property was split into two plots, the first being the original house with a smaller rear garden and the second being the remainder of the rear garden. Detailed planning consent was obtained on the original house to split into two separate units, giving two very attractive and substantial town houses. Upon the rear plot detailed planning consent was obtained for six flats.
